The festive season can be a lonely time – bring joy to experience joy!

Some of us may find that we do not have anyone special to share with at this time. Instead of being sad and lonely, plan to share your time with others who are in need. This will be a gift to yourself and to them.

Don’t let yourself be sitting on the side lines while ‘everyone’ else is partying. Find charities that are caring for disadvantaged people over the festive season, and sign up. Commit yourself now and experience the rewards of sharing.

Feeding the homeless, visiting old-age homes, orphanages, the local churches, are all great ways to show you care and receive human warmth in return.
