Your teenager’s bad behaviour may be a call for help

Jun 4, 2018 | Blog

The deep physical and emotional changes a teenager experiences may show in apparent bad behaviour. By really paying attention to their mood swings, rebellion, or withdrawal, you can offer much needed help. For example, teenagers need 9 to 10 hours sleep per night, not because they are lazy, but simply because their bodies need this rest to cope with the dramatic change to adulthood. For a deeper understanding of the importance of sleep, watch this video.

In addition you can make use of the free online sleep programme. Go to the website, click the ‘MyPlan 2BeWell’ tab, log on, and then follow the ‘Better Sleep’ programme
